WATCH: Charles Leclerc visits LA Lakers game in Los Angeles with girlfriend Alexandra Saint-Mleux

Charles Leclerc‘s outing in Brazil was one of his lowerpoint points in the current 2023 F1 season. The Monegasque had scored an impressive starting position at the Qualifying as he finished just behind pole-sitter Max Verstappen. But as he made his way to the grid by doing the formation lap, Leclerc was faced with a hydraulic issue in his Ferrari SF-23. He rammed into the barriers at the Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace in Brazil and landed a DNS (Did Not Start) even before the lights went off to mark the beginning of the race.

Leclerc had an entire week’s time to recover from his Brazil GP incident before he needed to pack his bags and arrive at Las Vegas for the most awaited race of this season. The Monegasque decided to make a short detour to Los Angeles upon landing in the US before making it to the Vegas Strip. Thus, he posted updates for his fans as he travelled to some beautiful spots in LA with his Ferrari trainer Andrea Ferrari and PA Joris Trouche. He also made an appearance at an art gallery with his girlfriend Alexandra Saint-Mleux who is a student of Fine Arts in Paris.

The last stop that Charles Leclerc seems to have made is at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. There, he was spotted with Alexandra by his side as he enjoyed a match between the Portland Trail Blazers and the Los Angeles Lakers. Once the game was over, LeBron James met with Charles and his fellow F1 racer Esteban Ocon.

Charles Leclerc talked about feeling the pressure to win from Ferrari and their army of Tifosis

In 2019, when Charles Leclerc was recruited under Ferrari, the fans believed he would be the one to end the Maranello outfit’s long-drawn quest for World Championships. Despite being the oldest and most successful team in F1 history, their last Drivers’ Championship had come in 2007 thanks to Kimi Raikkonen. Leclerc thus spoke about the pressure on him to impress the Scuderia’s huge number of followers by scoring a Grand Prix victory.

There is so much passion around the team that you of course feel the responsibility, but that doesn't add pressure to me. I'm not someone that is getting pressure, I just enjoy what I do with a lot of passion and a lot of dedication in trying to do the best job possible and hopefully becoming a world champion as soon as possible.
Charles Leclerc was quoted saying by ESPN.

In other news, Charles Leclerc admitted he does not look to swap places with any other racer on the current grid just for the sake of a World Champion win. The Monegasque believes his mission is to bring a title to Ferrari and thus, he will stay with the Italian team for the near future.
