Pokimanes exposition of an Industry pro backed by a fan
Imane “Pokimane” Anys, known for being the biggest female streamers on the Amazon-Owned video streaming platform, Twitch, recently came out to her viewers about a streaming professional who had been using her name to solicit images from women in her community.
The huge claim was made by Anys on her livestream on 1st March 2023 where she said that a “well-networked” individual in the streaming community was faking a relationship with her for his own personal benefits.
The individual was not named by Poki herself but it seems like a lot of women in her community are starting to come forward and open up about the individual and their own experiences with the said person.
In a recent tweet, @sp00kycait on Twitter came forward and shared her experience with the individual in question who she did not name either but mentioned that people around her gaslit her into thinking that “Ishe] was the crazy one.”

“Everyone said I was overreacting.”
In her stream, Pokimane also said that the individual leaked “privileged information he gathered from his job” and would threaten to hurt himself if the woman he was talking to would even think about coming forward and talking about what he was doing with her.
Pokimane’s follower comes forward to reinforce her claims
It wasn’t until a few women in her community talked to each other about the same thing and pieced together what was going on and informed Pokimane’s manager about the same.
Once it was settled that the person was indeed showing predatory behaviour, Poki decided to make the announcement on her stream and warn the people of the person who is still unnamed at the moment.
